It’s entirely personalized. Early on, sessions are often weekly as we debrief assessment instruments, I gather 360° feedback, we develop the action plan, and establish momentum. Over time, we adjust the cadence to match your needs as you are implementing and practicing new behaviors and experiencing greater impact.

No. My roster is intentionally limited so I can provide meaningful, responsive support. That means I only take on clients when there's strong alignment. The chemistry call is a chance for both of us to assess fit and determine whether it makes sense to move forward. If you think you might be a fit, I’d be happy to hear more.
